eTailor SpamControl
What is eTailor SpamControl?
eTailor SpamControl is an anti-spam solution from eTailor that puts control of your email accounts into your hands. For more information, see the Services section of our website.
How to use eTailor SpamControl
Every day, you will receive a report email into your mailbox. This report email, from the eTailor SpamControl system, will list all the emails that were blocked from landing in your mailbox in the preceding 24 hours (depending on your eTailor SpamControl configuration, the report may also list blocked emails for some or all of your colleagues also).

TO RELEASE A MESSAGE
If you see an email in this list that you know to be not spam, you can “release” it. To do so, simply click “View” beside the email in question.
You will then be prompted for a username and password. This will have been supplied to you when your subscription was started (if you need it to be re-issued, please contact eTailor). Once logged in, you will be brought directly to that email you have clicked. If you are simply releasing just this message, you can skip the next paragraph and simply click “Release this message”. You will then get a confirmation telling you the message has been released, and where it was sent to.
If you are releasing more than one message, you can optionally click the “Recent Messages” button to view your eTailor SpamControl control panel – this shows a full list of all your recent emails. Once you have located the message that you wish to release, move your mouse over to the left of the row (the column is called “#”), and a little square will highlight for you. Click this, and you will be brought into this emails page. From here, you can release, blacklist or whitelist the email or its recipient. To release a message an email, scroll to the bottom of the page, select “Release” and click submit. If you wish to release the message to a different recipient, select also the “alternative recipient” box and enter another email address before clicking submit.
TO BLACKLIST A KNOWN “BAD” EMAIL SENDER
In order to blacklist a sender, click the “Lists” button at the top of the screen. You can then enter the email address of the known “bad” sender, enter your own email address for the “To” field, then select Blacklist. This sender should now be no longer able to email you.
TO WHITELIST A KNOWN “GOOD” EMAIL SENDER
In order to whitelist a sender, so that they can always get an email through to you, click the “Lists” button at the top of the screen. You can then enter the email address of the known “good” sender, enter your own email address for the “To” field, then select whitelist. This sender should now be always able to get an email through to you.
