NOTE: If you are an eTailor hosting customer, you can access your email from https://webmail.etailor.ie. This service allows you to set up out-of-office notifications, store addresses, organise calenders and many other features not found on the Mail2Web service. You will need to configure your Microsoft Outlook to "leave a copy of messages on the server" if you wish to use both Outlook and the Webmail service together. Please see our help section "Common Email Questions" for more information on setting this up.

If you wish to check your email from a remote location, away from your laptop or PC, you can check your email from a website called mail2web. The link is www.mail2web.com. When you open their homepage, you will see the following page:

Click into the advanced tab at the bottom of the center box, and you will be brought to this page:

Enter your domain in the form of mail.yourdomain.com. Enter your username and password, click the pop3 button, and then click check mail. You can now receive and read your mail away from your office. You can also download large attachments and manage your email, even sending mail from your domain away from your office. To log out, simply click log out in the menu bar.
