If you are running an office that has a mail server such as Exchange or SBS, we provide two types of SMTP services to cater for your needs.

SMTP Standard
All email traffic will be delivered directly to your mailbox server. In the event that your mailbox goes offline, our mail servers will immediately detect the problem and will spool and virus/spam filter your mail until it comes back online.

SMTP Enhanced
We call this service SMTP Enhanced because it comes with a variety of added features on top of the what is typically offered by other service providers including:

• Pre-delivery Virus, Phishing and Spam filtering: All mail delivered to you will be fully filtered before arriving at your network gateway or local email server.
• Secure Receipt: Restricting SMTP Connections to the trusted three server addresses we supply assures filtering and further secures your local network and email server.
• Masking: Our own hardened and secure servers will be listed on your domain information, not your local mail server or network's address. This provides an additional layer of security for your network.
• Failover: A multi-tiered host environment providing three way resilience in the event of server or network failure as well as offering continuous mail spooling of traffic in the event of service interruption at your local network, server or Internet service / connection.

eTailor SpamControl
SpamControl adds additional and valuable daily reporting to the SMTP Enhanced service. Every day, you will receive a report email into your mailbox. This report email, from the eTailor SpamControl system, will list all the emails that were blocked from landing in your mailbox in the preceding 24 hours (depending on your eTailor SpamControl configuration, the report may also list blocked emails for some or all of your colleagues also).
